About the Author
Dr. Banks was a native of Raleigh County, West Virginia. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley, attended Concord College and graduated from West Virginia University. After serving in the Navy he received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas. He has practiced medicine in West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland for forty-eight years.
